Refund Policy
The short version
If PaperMind Pro is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Email hhuseynov0707@gmail.com from the address on your account, or use the "Contact support" link on your Paddle receipt. Include the email you subscribed with.
Refunds are issued by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to the payment method you used. Paddle normally processes them within a few business days; how quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
Beyond 14 days
After 14 days we do not refund a completed month as a matter of course. You can cancel at any time, which stops future charges — your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We will still refund a completed month if the Service was substantially unavailable, or if a feature you paid for did not work and we could not fix it. Ask, and we will look at it honestly.
Features marked "coming soon"
Some Pro features are shown as coming soon and are not available yet. They are labelled that way everywhere so that nobody pays expecting them today. If you subscribed for a feature that is still marked coming soon, tell us and we will refund you regardless of the 14-day window.
Credits
Research credits are part of the plan, not a separately purchased item. Unused credits are not refunded for cash and do not carry into the next month. If you refund a month, the Pro credit allowance for that month ends with it.
Cancelling
Use the subscription management link on your Paddle receipt, or email us and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling does not delete your account or your library — you keep them on the Free plan.
Statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law. If you are in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days; this policy is intended to meet or exceed that.
