What a credit is
Expensive operations cost credits: an AI answer, a multi-paper comparison, a contradiction analysis. Plain search does not cost credits and is unlimited within fair-use limits. Credits reset at the start of each month and do not carry over.
Billing
Payments are handled by Paddle, our authorised reseller. Paddle appears on your statement, issues your invoice, and handles VAT where it applies. You can cancel from the account panel or from the link in any Paddle receipt; cancellation stops the next charge and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of a charge, no questions asked. See our refund policy for the full terms.
